I don't exactly know what is this spiritual development or what is like being spritual. To me being spiritual means being connected to God or somehow having a feeling of being connected to him and always having a thought that I am a part of him. This feeling of being connected to the supreme being helps to inculate ethical values in the person and in turn in the whole society. Once the society as a whole understands the basic ethical value of common good and well-being, nations and world change. The system changes and the evils of society that continuously torment us would go away.

This is where the value of educating the society and preparing it for the assaults of evil comes to the fore.

What are those specific moral and ethical values that a society should preach and practice for its well-being is an eternal debate going on between philosphers and thinkers of world. The debate is never-ending because every one has their own opinion about values that should govern our society. Even the basic values of truth and non-violence are not accepted by everybody. Some say they may be basic ethical values but we need to tread cautiously while utilising them depending upon the circumstances. So what should we how should we deal with it.
